(NYSE:MMI) is seeking anĀ Associate, Capital Markets, toĀ support topĀ producingĀ commercial real estate debt and equityĀ origination teams. The candidate willĀ be a key team member inĀ the origination and execution of financing transactions and willĀ be responsible forĀ financial modeling,Ā marketĀ and sponsor due diligence,Ā assistingĀ with the creation of offering memorandumĀ and other critical tasks. This role isĀ designatedĀ to be a non-exempt position.Ā Ā

The hourly range for this role is $31.25 ā $38.46 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. KEYĀ RESPONSIBILITIESĀ
Support senior team members in the execution of capitalĀ marketsĀ assignments, including debt placements,Ā andĀ selectĀ equity raises.Ā Ā
AssistĀ in the development of pro-forma financials and cash flow models.Ā Ā
Conduct market research and help prepare competitive analyses, supply/demandĀ studiesĀ and demographic reports.Ā Ā
Review and input property rent rolls, leases, and operating statements.Ā Ā
Research local real estate markets toĀ identifyĀ trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Ā Ā
AssistĀ in the preparation of responses to lender and equity investor inquiries.Ā Ā
Request and coordinate transaction documentation.Ā Ā
Follow up with clients, prospective buyers and investors on issues related to transaction closings.Ā Ā
KEYĀ ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCEĀ
3Ā toĀ 5Ā yearsĀ commercialĀ realĀ estateĀ experienceĀ inĀ capitalĀ advisory,Ā bankingĀ orĀ valuation.Ā
BachelorāsĀ degreeĀ inĀ finance,Ā accountingĀ orĀ commercialĀ realĀ estateĀ required.Ā
Superior financial modeling skillsĀ utilizingĀ Excel and Argus.Ā
ProficiencyĀ with CoStar and other data sourcesĀ a plus.Ā
High attention to detail in analytical assessments and valuations.Ā
Experience with PowerPoint and other presentation software.Ā Ā
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and productively during time-sensitive situations.Ā
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ā
