About the Position:

We are seeking a candidate with experience in working Avionics components through the production lifecycle.  The ideal candidate will be able to work with our multi-discipline team in a fast-paced environment.  The focus for this role would be the production of Test/Flight harnessing, printed circuit board assemblies, and avionics box assemblies.  

Responsibilities:

  • Able totranslate engineering procedures and drawings intoBoltlineWorkplans.
  • Able to work in afast pacedenvironment, working multiple tasks, andmake adjustments toworkflow when priorities shift.
  • Work with leadership on managing daily tasks and prioritizing Boltline Workplans.
  • Work with Leadership, engineers and technicians to track and manage hardware/production issues to closure.
  • Coordinate procurement efforts and work withBONDroom to execute ensuing kitting activities.
  • Work with leadership and engineering to submit,track, manage, and resolve issues and constraints regarding procurements.

Requirements:

  • BS in Electrical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3–5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, specifically with electronics (harnessing,PCB, EEE parts, electromechanical assembly).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Read and understand discipline-specific drawings, and vendor documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project and department needs and technologies.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience in working withBoltlineor relatedproduction tracking tools.
  • Some knowledge inworking schedules in MS Project or equivalent.
