As an Associate in Mid-Corporate Banking, you will work as part of a team to structure and provide comprehensive solutions to companies with annual revenues ranging from $100 million to $2 billion. You are responsible for helping bankers deepen existing client relationships, uncover new prospects and opportunities, complete portfolio reviews, build market share, and drive internal and external client dialogue. Â
You will be expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of our full range of financial solutions, including Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Credit, Treasury Management, and other commercial banking products. Candidates should have an interest in corporate finance, capital markets, and the broad macro economy, Â in addition to a strong commitment to teamwork and partnership, consistently upholding the highest standards of work ethic and attention to detail.Â

Required qualifications, capabilities and skillsÂ
- 3+ years in a similar banking, debt capital markets, structured finance, or credit roleÂ
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills Â
- Expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex credit transactionsÂ
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesÂ
- Deep knowledge of banking products and servicesÂ
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hireÂ
