The OTG Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service to OTG guests, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. You will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment. Â

In This Role, You Will: 
Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures Â
Prepare coffee and beverages per OTG specifications  Â
Provide hospitality and exceptional experiences to OTG guests Â
Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system, as needed Â
Provide suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies, reply to guest questions and concerns Â
Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies as neededÂ
Maintain cleanliness in service stations Â
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required Â
Obtain high level coffee and beverage knowledge to elevate the guest experience and skills Â
Sample coffee and tea offerings every shift to ensure quality and improve product knowledge  Â
Restock and maintain food, beverage, and merchandise displays Â
Assist team members as needed Â
Inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries  Â
Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues Â
Adhere to safety and food handling procedures Â
Adherence to local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws  Â
Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
Â
Qualifications/Criteria: 
Hospitable, customer service-oriented Â
Able to lift 35 lbs. in weight  Â
Familiarity with espresso/coffee machines and kitchen equipment Â
Ability to be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch  Â
Must be proficient with computers, processing payment information through the POS system  Â
Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions  Â
