People of all faiths helping people in need.  The Agency Operations Intern will support the Building Services team by analyzing help desk tickets, coordinating vendor and maintenance resources, generating operational reports, and assisting with procurement and vendor management strategies. This internship provides hands on exposure to facilities operations, process improvement, procurement analysis, and operational reporting within a nonprofit environment. The intern will gain experience in data analysis, facilities coordination, vendor engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Hands on experience with facilities operations and organizational workflows.  Skills in data analysis, reporting, and operational trend evaluation. Exposure to procurement processes, vendor management, and contract coordination. Experience working with help desk systems, ticket analysis, and maintenance coordination. Professional development through collaboration with operations and facilities teams. Insight into process improvement, cost control, and efficiency strategies. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Analyze help desk ticket trends, response times, and recurring maintenance issues. Assist with deployment and coordination of maintenance and vendor resources. Generate weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards. Maintain and update approved vendor and contractor lists. Assist in evaluating vendor performance, pricing, and service quality. Support procurement strategy initiatives focused on cost reduction and quality improvement. Participate in facilities walk through and operational meetings. Assist with documentation, scheduling, and service tracking.
