Market Northern's throughput services in the Field Area to secure incremental supply availability into Northern’s system and generate incremental revenue through market development and retention. In addition, as an employee of the field area business development team you will be directly involved in all aspects of the commercial project development from securing customers to coordinating the evaluation of the facilities required to provide transportation services. The role will also include the direct account management activities for all aspects of customer's business. Formulate service strategies and objectives to maintain existing customers and attract new customers. Secure long-term business relationships and contracts. Direct the preparation of contracts, and ensure contracts reflect intended agreement and specifications. Champion customer needs and be the internal advocate to ensure a customer-focused team environment. Promote Northern’s outstanding customer service by demonstrating superior internal and external professionalism and responsiveness.Â
