  • Request, organize, and maintain all required client documents and records.
  • Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of case-related forms, letters, applications, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to employment-based immigration programs, including H-2B and EB visas.
  • Conduct research to support case preparation and documentation requirements.
  • File applications, permits, and supporting documents accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's CRM and case management systems.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient case processing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client communications regarding case status and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, administrative support, case processing, office administration, legal support, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn CRM, document management, and case management systems.
