At Gallagher, we’re all about building relationships and delivering exceptional service. As a Client Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive tailored insurance solutions and top-notch support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a real impact.


How you'll make an impact

  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
  • Grow and manage client accounts, offering advice on additional coverage options to help them stay protected. 
  • Secure client loyalty and attract new business through referrals, by building strong relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality service, meet performance goals, and contribute to the success of the team.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

–OR–

  • High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred:

  • Insurance knowledge.
  • Solid financial acumen

  • Able to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients
  • Effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
