You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive tailored insurance solutions and top-notch support. How you'll make an impact
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Grow and manage client accounts, offering advice on additional coverage options to help them stay protected.Â
- Secure client loyalty and attract new business through referrals, by building strong relationships.
- Deliver high-quality service, meet performance goals, and contribute to the success of the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
–OR–
- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Insurance knowledge.
- Solid financial acumen
