Job Summary:

The Client Service Manager will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the goal of building and sustaining long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provides continued high standard of service and communication to maintain client base
•    Surveys existing accounts for new opportunities
•    Analyzing data, consolidating information from multiple sources, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for client reviews
•    Performs an ongoing analysis of the portfolio of business led by analyzing the vendor, client and sector financial performance
•    Leads internal resources to problem tackle for issues that have happened in the field
•    Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated
•    Perform the job functions of the Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, render services, and fill and maintain vending and related equipment.

 

Qualifications:
•    Preferably 3-5 years of validated experience
•    Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present complex business reviews to clients
•    Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation
•    Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
