  • We are looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Houston team and build your own book of business with full agency support.
  • The role involves developing relationships with commercial clients, prospecting, quoting, and closing new business opportunities in various industries such as Construction and Manufacturing.
  • Candidates must have an active Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The compensation includes a base salary plus commission on new business and renewals, along with a full benefits package including Health Insurance and a 401k plan.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but self-driven and goal-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Houston team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business with full agency support.  Our product offerings include General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Property, Employee Benefits and more.

The Nitsche Group has been in business over 75 years and serves a wide array of commercial clients.  Some of our top client industries include Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Property - just about anything in the commercial world.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify insurance needs

  • Prospect, quote, and close new business opportunities

  • Provide professional guidance and tailored coverage solutions

  • Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Ability to develop new business relationships
