Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are a growing construction company based in Houston, TX, looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee residential, commercial, and industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong field presence, bilingual communication skills, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work a demanding schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
  
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and field crews
  
• Conduct daily site visits and supervise on-site operations for quality and safety compliance
  
• Review blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work; identify and resolve issues proactively
  
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables; provide regular updates to leadership
  
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, material procurement, and equipment logistics
  
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with crew members and subcontractors
  
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of construction project management experience (residential, commercial, or industrial)
  
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — required
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — required
  
• Must be available to work rotating shifts, 5–6 days per week
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
