We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, along with 4 to 8 years of experience in construction project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage procurement, and negotiation with suppliers and vendors
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field• 4 to 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
