What you'll do:

As a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst II, you'll be responsible for assisting management with leading the Asset Administration team in achieving highly accurate asset records for tracking and maintaining collateral attributes. Maintain our core recordkeeping systems, cash processing systems, and sub-accounting system, processing transactions, ensuring our records are supported by reliable records, and database and records are accurate.
  • Fully contributing leadership role responsible for assisting management with maintain a high level of accuracy in the system of record.
  • Monitors workflow to ensure team is processing transactions timely and accurately.
  • Responsible for processing the most complex of transactions and identifying the most accurate way to process unique transactions without jeopardizing the integrity of investor reports. 
  • Responsible for a high level of contribution to system testing for new releases and ensuring bugs are identified prior to implementation.
  • Participates with technology support teams on system flows, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Supports Client Service teams in delivering accurate asset data for CLOs and Leveraged Finance facilities.
  • Exercises judgment within established policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining procedures and ensuring proper controls are established in order to perform duties as designated in our legal agreements with clients.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of related experience.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.

  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Excel.

  • Intermediate Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.

  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
