Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role supports shipment inquiries, delivery updates, and internal coordination with warehouse and operations teams. The position is based at our Houston, TX operations hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Support administrative tasks related to logistics and deliveries

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
