Summary
The DAS Foreman is a highly skilled and experienced DAS Foreman to lead and manage our DAS installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DAS installations, project management, and team leadership.  Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead, Supervise and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee the daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and any change to the SOW.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DAS Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the telecommunications industry.
- In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge in Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Value safety over and above all other considerations
- Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE
- Basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailers
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Work on work sites
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background, drug testing and MVR
