Job DetailsJob Location: CSP Permian - Houston, TX 77019Position Type: Full TimeDry Plant Groundman   Dry plant groundmen are mainly responsible for assisting Dry plant leads and operators with various task to ensure safe and efficient operation of the wet plant.  Wet plant groundmen must follow the direction and report to the Dry Plant lead-man to ensure timely completion of the assigned daily tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform general labor and housekeeping Operate equipment such as skid steers, front end loaders, forklifts, manlifts and other equipment as required. Perform basic preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on process equipment Assist in personnel training as directed by wet plant leads Communicate all operation malfunctions or irregularities to plant lead and/or wet plant operators. Identify correct and report all safety hazards to dry plant leads and/or dry plant operators Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all site personnel and management. Complete daily workplace exams and equipment inspections in a timely manner Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as required by company policies and MSHA. Work long hours in excessively hot ambient temperatures, as well as cold weather. The majority of a ground hands responsibilities require, but not limited to: shoveling, wash down hoses, asset inspection, greasing, running equipment, general maintenance, screen changes, bending, stooping, climbing, and general clean-up.
