Electrical Superintendent

Overview

Star Service, a Fidelity Building Services Group company, is the leading HVAC and mechanical service provider throughout the Gulf Coast, from Texas to Florida. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, maintenance, and design-build/plan-spec projects for mechanical and electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to join our growing Houston team.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead all field operations for commercial, industrial, and municipal electrical construction projects.

· Manage and supervise Foremen, Electricians, Apprentices, and subcontractors.

· Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules and budgets.

· Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Owners, and General Contractors.

· Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.

· Ensure all installations comply with NEC requirements, local codes, and project specifications.

· Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Current Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.

· Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical construction methods.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
