At The Greenleigh, every event is an opportunity to create something memorable. The Events & Catering Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional service for meetings, weddings, and special events—ensuring each guest experience is seamless, thoughtful, and elevated.

This role brings hospitality to life through attentive service, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented approach.

Requested Tasks

Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service during banquet and catered events
Set up and break down event spaces in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Serve meals, beverages, and courses in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained throughout events
Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate guest needs
Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and event details
Collaborate with Banquet team members to ensure seamless event execution
Follow all service standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with resetting rooms between events as needed

Requested Capabilities

Prior experience in banquets, catering, or restaurant service preferred
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional, polished, and service-focused demeanor
Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
