Job Summary:

The Executive Chef oversees culinary operations for the Travel Task Force team, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals that support traveling audit staff during extended assignments. This role ensures food service standards, health regulations, and operational efficiency are maintained across various temporary worksite locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
- Plan and execute nutritious, cost-effective menus tailored to team needs, dietary restrictions, and regional availability
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations in mobile or temporary kitchen settings
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met in compliance with local regulations
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and supply logistics across different travel destinations
- Train and supervise support staff in kitchen safety, culinary techniques, and task efficiency
- Coordinate meal schedules with audit leadership to align with work timelines and team availability
- Monitor and manage food-related budgets while minimizing waste
- Continuously assess team feedback to refine meal quality, presentation, and variety
