Facilities Office Manager

The Office Manager for the Facilities Department plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative and logistical functions within the educational institution's facilities division. The Office Manager will oversee scheduling, procurement, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. By acting as a central point of contact, this role facilitates collaboration between departments and external partners to support ongoing maintenance, renovations, and emergency response efforts.
