Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and safety of our manufacturing plant. This role involves managing facility resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency to support production goals.

Job Duties:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 New Equipment installation support from a specification review to utility provision and production startup.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor facility compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage facility budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational needs and optimize workflows.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Implement energy management initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures to ensure operational continuity.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead and mentor facility maintenance staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate responses to emergencies.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work to personally address facility issues as an individual contributor as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required
  • Five plus years of experience in facility management in a manufacturing environment required
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance required
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to a manufacturing facility required
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
  • Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time required
  • Alignment with company core values required
  • Experience with installation, provisioning and / or maintenance of CNC metal fabrication equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices preferred
  • Certification in facility management IFMA or BOMA preferred
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives preferred
