We are currently seeking a Float Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support our South Houston clinics, including Katy, West Houston, Sugarland, Galleria, Pasadena, Friendswood and Webster.

About the Role
As a South Houston Float Provider, you will provide clinical coverage across our North Houston locations based on scheduling and clinic needs. This role is ideal for a provider who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable transitioning between different clinic teams while maintaining a consistent standard of care.
In this role, you will:
Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols.
Float between our Katy, West Houston, Sugarland, Galleria, Pasadena, Friendswood and Webster locations as coverage is needed.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans for hormone-related and wellness concerns.
Collaborate closely with Clinic Directors, physician Medical Directors, operations, and management teams.
Support wellness programs including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension, low libido, and additional services offered at select locations.
Provide coverage for provider PTO, scheduled absences, and other clinic staffing needs.
Build strong relationships with multiple clinic teams while delivering a consistent and positive patient experience.
Maintain flexibility with scheduling and clinic location assignments based on operational needs.
Requirements
Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (required)
Current DEA registration (required)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
Ability and willingness to travel between South Houston clinic locations
Flexibility to work with different teams, schedules, and clinic environments
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Availability for required Saturday rotation
North Houston Float Locations
This position will provide coverage across the following clinics:
- Katy
- West Houston
- Sugarland
- Galleria
- Pasadena
- Friendswood
- Webster
Schedule
This is a full-time float position averaging approximately 40–41 hours per week. Schedule and location may vary depending on the clinic being covered.
Typical clinic operating hours may include:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday Rotation
Saturday availability is required and includes additional incentivized pay.
During months with 4 Saturdays, providers are scheduled to work 2 Saturdays.
During months with 5 Saturdays, providers are scheduled to work 3 Saturdays.
Training
2 full consecutive weeks of paid training
Monday–Friday
