JOB SUMMARY:  Â
The Family Support Specialist III provides comprehensive family support, referrals, and community coordination to promote economic self-sufficiency and enhance residents' quality of life. They lead the team in developing strategies to ensure family stability and success.Â
 Â
JOB RESPONSIBLTIES: Â
- Lead family support meetings to review complex issues and ensure residents receive necessary services.Â
- Coordinate with On-site Project Manager and service providers based on resident progress.Â
- Monitor data quality and completeness in LEARN.Â
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.Â
- Analyze data and develop strategies with the Senior Project Manager and management team.Â
- Conduct intake, assessments, and visits for residents.Â
- Assist residents in accessing community resources.Â
- Advocate for residents and coordinate service delivery.Â
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.Â
- Enter and track resident data in LEARN.Â
- Maintain effective partnerships internally and externally.Â
- Participate in program meetings and other related meetings.Â
- Perform assigned job duties.Â
Â
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred, or equivalent education/experience.Â
- 5 years of nonprofit or human services experience.Â
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car for work.Â
- Ability to handle privileged information confidentially.Â
- Strong independent and teamwork skills.Â
- Availability for evening/weekend events and travel.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication.Â
- Proficient in facilitating group processes.Â
- Strong organizational and time management skills.Â
- Data analysis for resident-driven program designs.Â
- Respect for confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.Â
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software.Â
