Position Overview:

HomePro is seeking a motivated and reliable Field Appointment Setter to support our

new-home communities. This role focuses on branding newly built homes, engaging

homeowners when available, and scheduling same-day appointments for our sales

representatives. This is a field-based position with a company-provided vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go to the HomePro communities once the homes are finished.

  • Put HomePro branding on the new homes (sign in the yard, materials left behind, making sure our name is clearly visible).

  • Engage homeowners if they are home and professionally introduce HomePro services

  • Schedule in person appointments with a HomePro sales representative when a homeowner is available.

  • Log all visits and activity in Spotio accurately and in real time

  • Ensure all logged visits are within a 2-mile radius of the new home. (Within 300 feet if the pin is placed correctly, otherwise within 2 miles.)

  • Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle

  • The company vehicle is GPS monitored and you are expected to be actively working in the field during your scheduled hours

Compensation:

  • $18 hour base pay

  • $50 commission per sale

(Commission applies to appointments you schedule on-site when you catch the homeowner and successfully set an appointment that results in a sale.)
