Overview

Tyndale is growing our Finance team adding a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support revenue performance, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This analyst will play a critical part in building and maintaining revenue reporting in Salesforce, analyzing sales and operational data, and delivering financial insights through dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reports. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to monitor performance against budget, identify trends and risks, and support initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys translating complex data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced, B2B or distribution environment.

 

  

**To be considered, candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance of North Houston, TX or Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).  Remote candidates not considered.**

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Revenue reports using Salesforce to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
  • Prepares monthly Department Financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitors and reports departmental spending versus budget, highlighting variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Analyzes financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and update Monthly Freight Reports and provide Freight data for Monthly Accruals
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A and business analysis preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint, financial reporting systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Detail and goal oriented.
