Fuels Affiliate Management (Houston)
Disciplines: Business Degree (focus in Finance, Management, Economics, Analytics, Operations Management, Artificial Intelligence)

Typical Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly executive reports on the Americas Downstream sector, including refining,chemicals, base oils, and fuels marketing. Reports will summarize key industrydevelopments, market intelligence, consultant insights, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct research and develop industry overview papers on Downstream topics such as base oils, wholesale fuels markets, and other emerging business areas.
  • •Design and implement automated tools and dashboards to support quarterly performanceanalysis and reporting for Downstream Affiliates.
  • Develop and maintain an Affiliate Governance Handbook that documents board structures, committee responsibilities, and management authorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and have completed at least your sophomore year.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or other AI-driven automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and findings.
