As we enter a period of rapid growth and transformation, we are seeking a Full Time Merchandiser to help drive our vision forward and contribute to our continued success. Job Description The Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store merchandising standards to ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, priced, and displayed. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand standards, preventing out-of-stocks, and supporting overall sales growth. Essential Role Functions Travel Required Stock shelves, coolers, freezers, and displays according to company planograms Ensure all items are properly faced, rotated, and within expiration dates Build and maintain secondary displays (endcaps, shippers, floor stacks) Remove damaged, expired, or discontinued products Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing shelves Monitor shelf inventory levels and identify out-of-stock risks Communicate reorder needs to sales reps, supervisors Verify deliveries match invoices and correct discrepancies in-store Report slow-moving or excess inventory Ensure correct pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage Remove expired promotional materials Flag pricing issues to management immediately Maintain positive relationships with store managers and receivers Follow all store policies, safety rules, and check-in procedures Act as a professional brand representative in every account Complete daily visit reports (photos, notes, execution status) Communicate issues such as: Out-of-stocks, Missing item and Store requests Follow assigned routes and visit frequencies Execute stores efficiently to maximize daily coverage Adapt route priorities based on sales volume and execution needs Notify supervisor of delays or route changes Follow food safety and handling standards Use proper lifting techniques and equipment Maintain company equipment and uniforms. Track vehicles mileage for reimbursement. Identify opportunities for additional facings or displays Support product launches and resets Assist during promotions, demos, or seasonal builds Work Experience/Requirements for This Role Driver's License and reliable transportation Previous retail or merchandising experience Experience stocking shelves and rotating products Ability to follow basic planograms Comfortable using a phone, Ipad and app for reporting Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively High School Diploma or equivalent degree Schedule Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional weekends Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Miliage Reimbursement Qualifications
