Warehouse Laborer (Hot Environment / Heavy Lifting)

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for handling, moving, and organizing products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves heavy lifting and working in high-temperature conditions while supporting the remodeling, sorting, and preparation of products for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials manually or using pallet jacks
• Perform heavy lifting of products (50–75 lbs or more) throughout the shift
• Sort, repackage, label, and remodel products as needed
• Stack and organize materials in designated warehouse areas
• Assist with assembling, disassembling, or modifying products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs consistently
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Tolerate high temperatures and physically demanding work

Work Environment:

• Hot warehouse setting with limited climate control
• Exposure to dust, noise, and moving equipment
• Fast-paced, labor-intensive environment
