Global Engineer to Order (ETO) Leader

Job Description

Are you motivated by shaping how complex engineered solutions are delivered on a global scale? We’re looking for a visionary, execution‑driven leader to own the strategic direction, governance, and performance of our global Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) function — ensuring our most critical, customized solutions are quoted, executed, and delivered with absolute excellence.

This is a high‑exposure, high‑influence role at the centre of our global business. You will define the global ETO operating model, elevate standards, and drive alignment across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Rather than solving day‑to‑day technical issues, you will shape the frameworks, processes, and decision pathways that enable teams worldwide to deliver competitive, high‑quality engineered solutions.

You will bring strong technical credibility to interpret complex specifications and influence decisions, but your impact will be strategic: guiding global quoting discipline, resolving escalations at the executive level, and ensuring flawless project execution across regions. You will represent the ETO function with senior leaders and major global customers, providing clarity, confidence, and direction in a highly matrixed environment.

As the global ETO leader, you will set the benchmark for Quality Quotes, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration worldwide, and build a high‑performing international team that consistently delivers customized, project‑based solutions at scale.

Required Experience

• Proven leadership in global, project‑based, highly customized engineering environments
• Deep product knowledge in actuation, valves, torque requirements, and engineered systems
• Experience partnering with major global valve manufacturers and navigating international customer requirements
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to interpret complex engineering documentation and specifications
