Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas
• Accompany vendors to apartments
• Distribute resident notices to residents
• Report any maintenance problems

• Knowledge of pool maintenance and general grounds care
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
