YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A HOST

Shifts at our restaurant are between the hours of 11 AM - 12 AM, Sunday through Wednesday, and 11 AM - 2 AM, Thursday through Saturday.

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring that our front-of-house operations are successful. You are the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a warm smile and guiding them to their tables. Your expertise in door control and the proper greeting of customers will set the tone for the entire dining experience. With your keen eye for detail, you ensure that our guests are seated properly and that our tables are never double-booked. You also lead and guide our less experienced hosts as they learn the ropes. You love providing our guests with the best possible experience at our restaurant!

Quotes Willowbrook is a casual fine dining restaurant that combines an upscale guest experience with a welcoming, energetic atmosphere, and we're looking for team members who take pride in delivering excellent service and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HOST

• 3-4 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Experience handling customer greetings and reservations

As a leader, you need to be able to work collaboratively with other team members, taking charge when necessary. With your excellent organizational and people skills, you guide our team to success! If you're a great team player with a positive attitude and a good work ethic, we need you to join our hospitality team!
