We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead our service, installation, and/or sales teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, developing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and budget goals.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Operations Manager, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC professionals - service, install, and/or sales teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Supervise and delegate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship
• Coach, train, and mentor technicians, installers, and sales team members to improve performance and drive results
• Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly budget targets, and manage labor and material expenses
• Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and field operations to optimize productivity
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to field teams
• Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Review reports, track KPIs, and support the General Manager with operational planning and data analysis
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 4 years HVAC Operations Manager in residential services or residential HVAC General Manager experience within a multi-million dollar company
• Proven leadership experience in HVAC operations or service management
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation, service, and sales
• Experience managing teams, driving performance, and achieving KPIs
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
