We are a full-service commercial mechanical systems provider specializing in design, fabrication, installation, service, and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects with precision, exceed client expectations, and drive profitability. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Effectively use your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish 

  • Oversee project scope, budget, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution 

  • Work closely with general contractors, engineers, and vendors 

  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and project schedules 

  • Ensure proper permits are obtained and compliance with all regulations 

  • Optimize cost efficiency by managing materials, purchasing, and vendor returns 

  • Prepare and review monthly Estimated Cost at Completion (ECAC) reports 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction 

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical plans/spec & design/build industry 

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 

  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to make independent decisions 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related (preferred but not required)
