Join us.    WHY WE’RE LOOKING:  We are growing and looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding, configuration, and training of DealerBuilt solutions for our customers. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless implementation experience by guiding clients through the process, ensuring adoption, and helping them achieve their desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.    WHAT YOU’LL DO:  Execute software implementation projects in alignment with established project plans, timelines, and quality standards   Support implementation activities including system configuration, data validation, and solution setup   Participate in client kickoff, status, and closeout meetings   Maintain and manage project tasks, follow-ups, and action items for both internal teams and customers  Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle (pre-onsite, onsite, and post-onsite)   Gather and document customer requirements to tailor solutions to their business needs   Train customers on DealerBuilt solutions to ensure adoption and long-term success   Assist in developing and maintaining implementation and training documentation, tools, and resources   Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback to enhance implementation efficiency and quality   Support post-implementation activities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful transition    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:  2+ years of automotive software, dealership operations, or related automotive industry experience required, including working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (DMS) Working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (DMS) required; experience with dealership software platforms strongly preferred Experience supporting software implementations, onboarding, training initiatives, or customer adoption programs Previous participation in a DMS implementation, conversion, or deployment project is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into system configurations and process improvements Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable leading or supporting client-facing meetings, workshops, and training sessions Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Familiarity with project management tools is a plus Experience working in a remote or geographically dispersed team environment Willingness to travel (up to 50–60%) for onsite customer implementations Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience   WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:  Competitive Compensation: This position offers a base salary plus bonus.
