Welcome to Love's! Our indirect tax team is seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Audit Analyst for an advanced-level role requiring expertise in tax compliance, research, and process improvements, serving as a key resource for audits.

Job Functions:

Manage tax audits, including responding to inquiries and preparing documentation.
Conduct in-depth reconciliations and investigate tax discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax accuracy in business operations.
Support tax system implementations and process automation initiatives.
Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, communicating updates to the team.
Assist in training and developing junior team members.
Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
2+ years of related experience.

Skills:

Hard Skills: Expertise in tax compliance software (Avalara, Vertex, SRA, SAP).
Soft Skills: Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to handle high level reconciliation and audit responses.

Typical Physical Demands:

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
