Pay Range: $35,360.00 to $43,680.00
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Powder Coating Helper to join our production team. This entry-level position supports the powder coating process by assisting with part preparation, masking, hanging, quality checks, and general shop duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
路 Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking)
路 Hang and remove parts from the coating line
路 Assist powder coaters with setup and color changes
路 Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
路 Maintain a clean and organized work area
路 Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
路 Support shipping/receiving and other shop tasks as needed
Job Requirements
路 High school diploma or GED preferred
路 Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
路 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
路 Strong attention to detail
路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
路 Willingness to learn and take direction
