| Position Summary: Â Â |
| The Instrument Tubing Fitter is responsible for the fabrication, routing, installation, and termination |
| of stainless-steel and copper instrument tubing systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The position focuses on tubing installation activities including |
| measuring, bending, cutting, supporting, and connecting tubing between field devices, junction points, and control equipment while maintaining safe work practices and ensuring high-quality workmanship. |

| Key Responsibilities: Â Â |
| Measure, cut, bend, and install instrument tubing in accordance with project requirements. |
| Install tubing supports, clamps, channel, and associated hardware. |
| Route tubing along designated pathways while maintaining proper spacing, alignment, and accessibility. |
| Install and tighten tube fittings, ferrules, connectors, and manifolds. |
| Fabricate tubing assemblies and impulse lines from isometric and hook-up drawings. |
| Read and interpret instrument tubing layouts, isometrics, and construction drawings. |
| Verify tubing installations meet project specifications and quality requirements. |
| Assist with continuity checks, pressure testing, and leak testing of tubing systems. |
| Maintain a safe work area and comply with all site safety procedures. |
| Coordinate work activities with other construction trades and supervisors. |
| Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions under supervision. |
| Assist with hydro-testing, flushing, and commissioning activities. |
| Support rigging and material handling operations when qualified. |
| Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements. |
| Attend safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required training. |

| Minimum Qualifications: Â Â |
| High School Diploma or equivalent. |
| Minimum 3 years of industrial construction experience with instrument tubing installation. |
| Proficient in bending and installing stainless-steel tubing. |
| Ability to read and interpret tubing layouts, isometric drawings, and installation details. |
| Knowledge of tube fittings, supports, and industry installation practices. |
| Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, pipeline, or industrial facilities preferred. |
| Strong understanding of safety requirements and quality standards. |
