Position Overview

As an Insurance Representative, you'll work directly with clients through Zoom and phone appointments to help them understand available benefits and select coverage that best fits their family's needs.

You'll build long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations

• Meet with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments

• Present benefit options based on each client's individual needs

• Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits

• Assist clients with enrollment and application completion

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service

• Review existing policies and recommend updates when appropriate

• Respond professionally to client questions and service requests

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

• Continue developing communication, leadership, and product knowledge

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
