JOB SUMMARY
The Intake Administrator is responsible for processing inbound and outbound correspondences for the company which includes imaging and distribution of the incoming physical mail and faxes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and prepare all incoming mail
- Process daily mail and distribute correctly and timely
- Prepare outgoing mail with appropriate addresses, postage and shipping methods (USPS, FedEx, etc)
- Scan and index incoming mail per specified procedures
- Process incoming electronic correspondences, fax and email received
- Maintain accurate and timely indexing of documents to cases
- Follow returned mail processes as defined
- May assist with coordination of picking up and distributing mail to appropriate location
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to complete training in the use of scanning, verification, research and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple deliverables simultaneously
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of general office experience
