Job TITLE: IT Support Technician FLSA: Hourly, Non-exempt Reports to: MIS Manager Position Summary: This position supports both local and field users in corporate, development, maintenance, and operations. Provide end-user support on company supported PC’s, peripherals, and desktop applications. Provides support for POS equipment Responsibilities: Provide support for PCs and peripherals Provide support for desktop applications Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Terminating network cabling Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention Troubleshooting IP Phones Troubleshooting IP Cameras Provide after hours and on call support for urgent issues Qualifications: Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking. Basic understanding of VOIP devices. Microsoft Office knowledge. Ability to communicate and work together with team members and management. Professional and positive attitude. Position requires a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving records is required.
