We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Product Execution team in managing and coordinating product development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in product operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced corporate environment.
In this role, you will help manage execution priorities, track product requests through development stages, and coordinate across teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution phases of the product development lifecycle through coordination and administrative support.
  • Maintain execution priority lists, backlogs, trackers, and project documentation.
  • Monitor product requests moving through execution stages to ensure approvals and milestones are completed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, Analytics, and Customer Experience.
  • Lead small to medium cross-functional initiatives under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist senior execution leads with tracking risks, action items, and open questions.
  • Help prepare execution reports, status updates, and leadership meeting materials.
  • Support the creation of documentation including Energy Fact Label samples and product materials.
  • Coordinate translation requests and assist with document updates when legal or regulatory changes occur.
  • Participate in post-launch validation activities to ensure products are implemented correctly.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, project coordination, or product implementation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
