Pay Range:  $86,700.00 to $109,300.00

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full project lifecycle — from inception through final delivery — keeping quality and financials on track every step of the way.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams across the organization.
  • Lead energizing kickoff meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Drive project timelines with a proactive mindset — anticipating roadblocks before they become problems.
  • Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inspections to ensure every product meets spec.
  • Align vendors and logistics partners with contractual obligations and delivery expectations.
  • Compile approval drawings and comprehensive maintenance manuals.
  • Mentor and train staff, building the next generation of project management talent within the team.
  • Jump in on expediting and inspection tasks as needed — no task is too small when the project needs it.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record managing technical projects from start to finish with strong financial oversight.
  • Deep experience in electrical distribution and control systems project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence leading customer-facing conversations and internal cross-functional coordination.
  • A proactive, solutions-first approach to timeline management and problem solving.
  • Experience planning and overseeing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Bonus Points

  • 5+ years managing data center projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipe Drive, Epicor P21, and Asana. 
  • Familiarity with water, renewables, data center, and oil & gas market sectors.
  • A genuine passion for mentoring and developing the people around you.

Essential Job Function

Ability to sit at a desk while working on a computer, reviewing documents, and analyzing data using software applications and spreadsheets.

Capable of viewing and interpreting information on computer screens, including detailed reports, spreadsheets, and data visualizations.

Ability to communicate effectively in person during meetings, presentations, and collaborations with team members and stakeholders throughout the office environment.
