The Lead Sales Ops Specialist, with the support of the larger Sales Excellence Team, is responsible for the implementation, adoption, support and compliance of the various sales’ best practices between commercial and functional teams. Similarly, this position is one of the focal points for any business improvement associated with the sales process and will be the vehicle to communicate and educate the organization, nurture and coach any changes and ensure accountability on an ongoing basis.Â

Ultimately, the mission of the Sales Ops Specialist is to ensure that the business and sales management are provided with the right information at the right time  in the right format as effectively and efficiently as possible, and to ensure that the sales team and United States & Canada (NAR) leadership team have maximum focus, engagement, and support to deliver business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive orders pulse process for each NAR line of business, provide weekly and ad hoc reporting with appropriate insights on changes and results.
- Execute weekly reviews of sales pipeline to provide leadership with reliable and accurate short and long range forecasts. This requires engagement with all levels of the sales organizations to achieve the +/-3% accuracy expected.Â
- Provide weekly and ongoing reporting on performance of each line business, including channel partner and customer weekly performance leveraging Power BI. Deliver insights on performance and highlight any potential misalignment in LOB credits which may be impacting expected performance compared to SRO/pulse.Â
- Manage and execute regional sales meetings that vary in scope and attendance to ensure right content and attendees are secured. These can range from weekly leadership meetings up through the Annual Sales Kick Off meeting.Â
- Lead creation, facilitation, and reporting for key activities such as monthly regional business reviews, strategic initiative reporting and measurement via tools such as A3, TTI’s and bowlers, townhalls, and reporting to leadership.
- Deploy quota based on AOP to individual sellers, complete quota acknowledgment processesÂ
- Responsible for Sales Incentive Program (SIP) for the region including responsibilities to support all stages of the process: quota setting, plan distribution, attainment reporting and dispute management.Â
- Assist in creation and deployment of SPIFF programs and SIP windfall policy execution where required
- Act as super user and trusted resource for regional sales team in regard to sales tech stack. Provide seller training on processes and tech stack and appropriate reporting.Â
- Provide support in and implementing sales tools/systems and trainings
- Provide support to key sales excellence initiatives
- Provide special project or initiatives support as appropriate such as process creation and reporting around One Honeywell commercial strategies.
