Maintenance Technician Job Functions
- Trouble shoot, repair and maintain all electrical & mechanical attributes of equipment within the plant.
- Fill out daily activity reports.
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Cross train in different areas of maintenance.
- Communicate with supervisor & maintenance personnel on activities.
- Ability to work with 480/220/110/24
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong electrical ability.
- Ability to operate forklifts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, electrical & mechanical.
- Good Organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Good ability to listen and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Must have own tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOM.
- Ability to read all types of measuring devices.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
