Maintenance Technician Job Functions

  • Trouble shoot, repair and maintain all electrical & mechanical attributes of equipment within the plant.
  • Fill out daily activity reports.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
  • Cross train in different areas of maintenance.
  • Communicate with supervisor & maintenance personnel on activities.
  • Ability to work with 480/220/110/24
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong electrical ability.
  • Ability to operate forklifts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, electrical & mechanical.
  • Good Organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good ability to listen and understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and BOM.
  • Ability to read all types of measuring devices.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
