Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
 We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance, including repairs to structures, systems, and equipment
• Inspect, maintain, and repair forklifts and related material handling equipment
• Service and troubleshoot overhead cranes to ensure safe functionality
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including panels and wiring
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or facility setting preferred  
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
 This position involves working in a hands-on industrial or facility setting, requiring physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
