This role is essential to maintaining building systems, responding to service needs, and supporting a positive environment for occupants and staff. If you enjoy hands on work, problem solving, and contributing to a well run organization, we encourage you to apply.   Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverage Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed  Qualifications  Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent required Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred Relevant technical certifications preferred   Knowledge, Skills & Experience Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities Experience in commercial or multi building environments preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability Effective communication and time management skills
