Richdale Apartments is currently hiring dedicated and motivated Make Ready Technicians for our Class A & B luxury communities. Our Make Ready team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents and is recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities

Final preparation and small repairs of luxury apartment homes
Drywall repair
Paint touch-ups
Door and lock changes
Light plumbing and electrical work
Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining exceptional curb appeal
Ability to maintain clean and well-kept grounds and buildings
General grounds and pool maintenance experience
Ability to perform minor tasks such as paint touch-ups, changing light bulbs, and washing first-floor windows
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
