Manager -Â Ryan White Case Management (Job Overview)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid

In this critical role, you'll oversee a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing essential medical and non-medical support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
Your leadership will ensure that we deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and trauma-informed care that not only links people to services but also fosters their well-being and helps them thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and manage daily activities of case management staff.
- Oversee daily operations of Ryan White Case Management services, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Interpret and implement program policies that align with our organizational values.
- Monitor performance metrics, linked to patient outcomes, and implement improvement strategies.
- Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of both licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Promote team competency in HIV care, trauma-informed practices, and cultural humility.
- Support professional development and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure delivery of comprehensive care plans that consider patients' diverse needs.
- Monitor service delivery for access, efficiency, and quality of care.
- Provide guidance on complex cases, ensuring adherence to eligibility and documentation standards.
- Lead quality management efforts, including audits and data review.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting practices.
- Analyze program data to identify improvement opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
- Support billing and budget management processes aligned with funding standards.
- MSW from a CSWE accredited institution is required.
- Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) licensure as defined by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners is required.
- Three (3) years of paid work experience, post-degree (BSW/MSW), in the field of social work is required.
- Two (2) years of supervisor level experience, including evaluating and managing performance, supporting process changes in the organization, and coaching, training, or leading a team.
- Previous experience with the Ryan White program and/or individuals seeking HIV treatment or prevention services
- Previous experience managing practice operations or programs, including supervising direct reports.
- Previous leadership experience at a manager level.
- Previous experience with program management
- Previous experience in quality or process improvement.
- Previous experience in HIV testing and prevention activitiesÂ
- Previous experience with grant-funded activities and/or grants managementÂ
- Previous experience supervising direct reports across multiple locations
- Knowledge and adherence to the National Association of Social Work Code of Ethics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse patients, their family members, medical professionals, and a variety of third-party stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office). Demonstrated competency with an EHRS system
- Proven knowledge of landscape of public benefits and community resources and how to facilitate individuals’ access to those resources
