A confidential defense manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join its production team. This role focuses on assembling and repairing electromechanical components that support mission-critical defense systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and repair of electromechanical products using standard manufacturing techniques.

  • Identify and work with correct parts, components, and materials.

  • Read and interpret technical data including schematics, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.

  • Communicate work status across shifts and with support staff.

  • Document work through computer-based applications and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in an orderly condition.

  • Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 15 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or technical/vocational education in a related discipline.

  • At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.

  • VantageClear credential (or equivalent) 

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical drawings.

  • Prior aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing assembly experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
