Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market VP, Oncology Service Line, you will serve as the executive leader for the Oncology Clinical Service Line across specified markets, driving its overall success and administration through strategic implementation and seamless operational oversight.Every day you will collaborate with functional leaders, ensuring quality patient care and comprehensive health services by directing effective communication and promoting standardization across campuses. You will also drive performance across all service line areas including quality, operations, finance, regulatory compliance, and market share growth, aligning with our mission and values. Furthermore, you will work with executive sponsors to grow volume, improve service, and control costs through process improvement, serving as the primary liaison between the service line and physicians.  Previous experience overseeing CAR T-Cell therapy operations is highly preferred. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional executive leadership, deep expertise in oncology clinical operations and strategic planning, and a proven ability to drive quality patient care, financial performance, and market growth within a complex, multi-market environment.
